01 · 디지털 콘텐츠 환불 원칙
casedive.io에서 판매하는 케이스(게임 콘텐츠)는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라, 이용이 시작된 디지털 콘텐츠는 원칙적으로 청약철회(환불)가 제한됩니다.
단, 결제 후 게임 세션에 입장하기 전이라면 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
02 · 환불 가능 및 불가 케이스
✓ 환불 가능 REFUNDABLE
- • 게임 세션 입장 전 요청 (구매 후 7일 이내)
- • 기술적 오류로 인해 정상 이용이 불가능한 경우
- • 콘텐츠가 상품 설명·광고와 현저히 다른 경우 (구매 후 3개월 이내 또는 사실을 안 날부터 30일 이내)
- • 쿠폰 적용 구매 시 환불 금액은 실 결제 금액 기준이며, 사용된 쿠폰은 재발급되지 않습니다
✗ 환불 불가 NON-REFUNDABLE
- • 게임 세션(방)에 입장한 이후
- • 구매 후 7일이 경과한 경우
- • 단순 변심 (이용 시작 후)
- • 콘텐츠를 이미 열람·플레이한 경우
03 · 환불 신청 방법
- 01사이트 내 문의 페이지 또는 이메일(hello@casedive.io)로 환불 요청
- 02주문 정보(구매일, 케이스명, 계정 이메일) 및 환불 사유 기재
- 03영업일 3일 이내 검토 후 결제 수단으로 원금 환불 처리
환불 처리가 영업일 3일을 초과하는 경우, 초과 기간에 대해 연 15%의 지연이자가 부가됩니다. (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제18조)

Digital Content Policy
All cases (game content) sold on casedive.io are digital products. Under Korean e-commerce law, refunds are generally not available once a game session has been accessed. However, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet entered a game session.
Eligible Refunds
- • Requested before entering a game session (within 7 days of purchase)
- • Technical failure preventing normal use
- • Content significantly differs from product description (within 3 months of purchase or 30 days of discovery)
- • For coupon-applied purchases, the refund amount is based on the actual amount charged. Used coupons will not be reissued.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via the contact page or email at hello@casedive.io with your order details and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 3 business days.
